About Us

Proforma Brand Solutions was founded in 2005 by Mark Borson. The business is located in Belmont, California, which is part of the San Francisco Bay Area.

The company is a full service Promotional Products company specializing in guiding other companies to promote and build their brand’s awareness through an incredible array of items including very popular eco-friendly branded products.

Mark takes great pride in creatively consulting with a company representative to find the perfect item that suits a company just right and meets an established budget.

Besides being a business owner, Mark also believes in giving back to the community. He has been a volunteer for fifteen years and counting at Peninsula Humane Society (PHS), which is located in San Mateo CA.

Mark’s area of focus with PHS is the Mobile Adoption and Community Outreach programs. Teams go out into the community to showcase many of the shelter's available dogs and cats, which need permanent homes.

Mark found his own home to be a great place for two dogs, which were both adopted from Peninsula Humane Society.

Besides volunteering Mark likes to get involved in the business side of the community through his membership in the San Mateo Chamber of Commerce. This chamber features three Business Resource Network (BRN) groups that have business owners as members who meet regularly to refer business to each other. Mark is now the co-chair of the group known as BRN II. Lastly, Mark is also a current member of Peninsula Leads Club.
